Your pictures make me ache to visit Iceland so badly. It’s one of my top dream places to go to. Where in Iceland were these pictures taken? Thanks for sharing the photos and visiting my blog.
We were only there for a long weekend but it was fantastic. We were in Reykjavik, the capital, and then stayed in a little cottage on Snaefellness Peninsula, which is where all the scenery shots are from. There we rode Icelandic Horses on the beach – but no photos as the rain was monumental!
The pictures of the mother duck are so lovely, and the Islandic ponies. We were planning a trip there this summer, two weeks in the north and the west. Lauren and Simon were coming for part, but we may have to cancel as our little dog, Fusi, is ill. I love seeing your pictures of Tala. She is lovely! xoxbev mckee

I’m sorry to hear Fusi is unwell – I hope she gets better soon as she is such a plucky little dog – I would not have guessed her advanced age at the wedding!
If you do go you must stay/dine in this hotel in the west: http://www.hotelbudir.is/ We sadly didn’t stay there but we rode past it along the beach in the third picture. It is meant to have very good food!
